1. Commitment to Child Safety
KissMatch is committed to providing a safe and positive environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, sharing, or possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, or any behavior that endangers minors. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited within our app and platform:
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM or sexually explicit content involving minors
- Engaging in grooming, solicitation, or attempts to exploit minors
- Requesting or sharing personal information, images, or videos of minors for inappropriate purposes
- Using the app to arrange or promote interactions that may endanger children
- Any other activity that violates applicable child protection or exploitation laws
3. Reporting and User Feedback Mechanism
We encourage users to report any behavior, content, or account that may violate this policy. Reports can be submitted directly within the app via the 'Report User' or 'Report Content' option, or by contacting our moderation team at support@KissMatch.com.
4. Enforcement and Action
Once a report or notification is received:
1. The reported content or account will be promptly reviewed.
2. If CSAM or CSAE is confirmed, the content will be removed without delay.
3. The account involved will be suspended or terminated.
4. The case will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent organizations.
5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
KissMatch complies with all applicable child safety and data protection laws, including reporting obligations for confirmed CSAM. Our moderation staff receives ongoing training to ensure timely and responsible handling of all reports related to child safety.
